Eighty-five-year-old Marilyn Madison was born and raised in Wasta, South Dakota.  Just a few years out of high school, she felt her calling was to support the war effort. She joined the Coast Guard and moved to the Gulf Coast.  While her job allowed her to see a different part of the country, she's never been to D.C. and is anxious to board the plane.
