 I love reporting the news for the same station I grew up watching. I'm from a family farm near Gregory, South Dakota. Because I now have to get up extremely early to anchor KELOLAND News This Morning, I'm thankful for those early mornings as a child on a dairy farm. After high school, I attended South Dakota State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism. During my last two years at SDSU, I worked as a weekend reporter, intern and production assistant at KELO. I then moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota, where I was an anchor, reporter, photographer and producer at WDAZ TV. After many lessons learned up north, I'm happy to be back in South Dakota and closer to my family. In addition to anchoring KELOLAND News This Morning, I'm also KELO's HealthBeat Reporter.
