Arena Expects Few Parking Problems
If you're headed to the Sioux Falls Barack Obama event, you can't bring bags or signs, but be sure to bring along your patience and comfortable shoes. 

In addition to the Obama event, the Sioux Falls Canaries have a home game. 

The Sioux Falls arena has six parking lots, totaling 3,800 spaces. And while some fear those will fill up, the Arena is ready for a rush of people. In fact, having three events at the same time is common practice within the complex. 

Sioux Falls Police will have a presence at tonight's event. Officers will be patrolling the arena, as well as surrounding streets. Right now there is no plan to direct traffic, but they'll have personnel in the area to do so, if a larger than expected crowd shows up. 

The Sioux Falls police traffic department expects tonight's rally to be a lot like a sporting event, since traffic usually flows smoothly when games end, they aren't too concerned.
