South Dakota Republicans will meet tomorrow in Pierre to choose delegates for the party's national convention in St. Paul, Minnesota, in September.
State GOP Executive Director Max Wetz says people who were selected in local caucuses will select delegates 24 delegates and 24 alternates for each presidential candidate on the June 3 primary election ballot.
While many Republican caucus delegates have committed to Arizona Senator John McCain, who has clinched the presidential nomination, Wetz says some of those at tomorrow's state caucus support other candidates.
South Dakota Democrats will hold their state caucus on March 22 to choose 10 delegates and 3 alternates for each of the party's presidential candidates at the National Democratic Convention in August at Denver.
