Legislator To Offer Sex Crimes Bill

State Senator Bob Gray of Pierre says he'll introduce a bill in the Legislature that would make it a felony for teachers and coaches to have sexual contact with students.
Gray says his measure would make it a crime, even if the students are willing participants.
The legislator says teachers and coaches who are now accused of such behavior usually lose their jobs and teaching certificates, but the consequences should be more severe.
