A warrant is out for 20-year-old Rodolfo Ramos' arrest. Police believe he pulled the trigger, killing Alonzo Topete and Jose Cruz, then left town with his 19-year-old brother Enrique.

Rodolfo is just under six feet tall and 170 to 190 pounds, and may have face or head injuries from crashing a get-away vehicle.
