Parts of downtown Sioux Falls are waking up to a second day without power following one of the city's largest electrical fires in decades.
Xcel Energy crews near 9th Street and Phillips Avenue have been rotating shifts, working around the clock to get power restored to roughly 200 customers still in the dark.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue says those crews are making progress.
Power was restored to the Huey Apartments on Phillips Avenue Friday evening.
However, it may take through the weekend before everyone gets their power back.
