A Somali man accused of killing the mother of his child and three other people in Minot two years ago is set to go to trial this week.

Twenty-eight-year-old Omar Mohamed Kalmio has pleaded not guilty to killing the 19-year-old mother of his infant daughter, along with the 19-year-old's mother, brother and mother's boyfriend.

Kalmio's trial starts Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Ward County Courthouse.

The bodies of 19-year-old Sabrina Zephier, 13-year-old Dillon Zephier, 38-year-old Jolene Zephier and Jolene's 22-year-old boyfriend, Jeremy Longie, were found at two separate locations on Jan. 28, 2011.

The Zephiers were members of South Dakota's Yankton Sioux Tribe.
