It's been one of the top political issues since the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary just more than a month ago. Gun control has taken over many of the talks on Capitol Hill and in the majority of state governments.
Shortly after the shooting in Newtown, President Barack Obama assigned a task force headed by Vice President Joe Biden to look at possible legislation to curb gun violence.
Monday, Biden will make his proposals.
"The issue is, are there some sensible steps we can take to ensure somebody like the individual in Newtown can't walk into a school and gun down a bunch of children in a shockingly rapid fashion," Obama said.
One of the biggest talkers in this debate has been high-capacity magazines and possibly banning those. Some say it makes sense while others say that won't make a difference.
