Crews Find Source Of Alcester Water Main Break

January 14, 2013, 12:59 PM by Stephanie Gregory

Crews Find Source Of Alcester Water Main Break
ALCESTER, SD -

People in Alcester are without water and students are home from school after a water main break Friday.

Crews have found the problem and are now working to make the necessary repairs.

People who live in the community haven't had water since the break, coffee shops are closed because of the lack of water and students are at home.

One woman who lives in Canton but works in Alcester brought gallons of water to town so people had something to drink.

We'll have live reports on the continued efforts to restore water to the town tonight on KELOLAND News at Five.
