Representatives from a New York-based consulting firm visited a school on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation as part of a U.S. Department of Education research study examining after-school and summer programming.

The Red Cloud Indian School was one of 15 schools across the nation chosen to take part in the Department of Education study looking into the fields of science, technology, engineering and math.
