SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Sioux Falls was the first to pass a texting while driving ban in South Dakota. Now other cities are following that lead.  

Why a few think it's an important measure to pass and how it'll be enforced, on this edition of Inside KELOLAND.  Also hear from the South Dakota Safety Council on putting down the phone and becoming a safer driver.
