Snow Blankets The Hub City

Snow Blankets The Hub City
ABERDEEN, SD -

Snow has been falling all afternoon on Saturday in Aberdeen.

And at least some people are happy to see it and taking full advantage of the city's first major snow of the season.

It started mid-afternoon in the hub city and the very large snowflakes are adding to the one and a half inches of snow on the ground from Friday.

Compared to when it started, the snow became heavier by late afternoon but it has been falling pretty consistently since.

There’s no word from the city whether it'll issue a snow removal alert yet.
