Family Shares Names Of Shooting Victims
MARTY, SD -

We now know the names of the two victims of a home shooting in Marty. According to family members Tony Fischer Senior was shot and killed on the Yankton Sioux Indian Reservation Monday night.  His son, Dominic Fischer, is in critical condition at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.

The US Attorney's office tells KELOLAND News one person is in custody in connection with the homicide investigation.  That person was arrested Tuesday morning but neither his name nor charges have been released.

The FBI is working with the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation and the Yankton Sioux Tribe on the case.
