Banquet Holds Thanksgiving Dinner, Fundraiser
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

It’s a big day for employees and volunteers at The Banquet in Sioux Falls. On Thursday, volunteers show up bright and early at 6:00 a.m. to get ready to serve an estimated 300 people Thanksgiving dinner.

The free dinner is served from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. They plan on going through more than 30 turkeys.

The organization is also holding a run/bike fundraiser Thursday at 8 a.m. There is everything from a mile walk to a six-mile run people can participate in along with a bike ride. No registration is needed. If you want to participate you can simply show up. There also is no fee but a $10 donation is recommended.
