A NASCAR race car will be advertising South Dakota and a Spearfish call center to a national audience.
TMone is advertising on a car that will be driven by David Reutimann at Sunday's Sprint Cup race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Fla.
The company does telephone sales and support. It employs more than 200 people at its Spearfish call center, and plans to add up to 60 more.
The car's paint job has images of Mount Rushmore and South Dakota's state flag, along with "Spearfish, S.D.," and the company's name.
Spearfish economic development director Bryan Walker says the car advertising is a "clever way to bring attention to the company and the Black Hills region."
TMone is based in Iowa.
