USD Encourages T-Shirt Swap Ahead Of Football Game

The University of South Dakota's College of Arts and Sciences is sponsoring a T-shirt swap ahead of next weekend's football matchup between the Coyotes and the South Dakota State University Jackrabbits.

The college is encouraging students, faculty and staff to donate any item of SDSU apparel in any condition in exchange for a new red USD T-shirt.

All of the old SDSU clothing will be recycled and returned to the SDSU campus before the game by the Department of Military Science.

Dean Matthew Moen says it's an effort to promote USD's new sustainability major in a light-hearted way while finding a good home for SDSU apparel.

USD travels to Brookings to face SDSU on Nov. 17 for the team's first football matchup in nine years.
