Winds are looking a little lower on Wednesday and mild weather will continue in most areas.  Highs are expected to be in the 50s and 60s in most areas, a trend that will slowly cool through the rest of the week in the north.

Meanwhile, a storm system will be develop by the weekend, with warmer weather developing in southern KELOLAND, with sharp cooling in the west by Saturday.  Rain or snow will develop by the weekend, with the best chance of heavier snow in North Dakota.  We’ll keep an eye on this and have more information later today.
