Some 400 hunters, dignitaries, business prospects and elected leaders are in South Dakota this weekend for the annual South Dakota Governor's Hunt.
Gov. Dennis Daugaard says the guests include about 50 businesses that the state is trying to recruit to South Dakota.
Weekend festivities include two banquets, trapshooting, pheasant hunting and other activities for non-hunting guests.
Daugaard says most of the business prospects are usually hosted elsewhere at big galas. He says this atmosphere is more relaxed and unique to South Dakota.
