Storm Center Update - Tuesday PM

September 25, 2012, 2:20 PM by Scot Mundt

Mostly clear skies will remain for the rest of the afternoon and through the overnight.  Lows will eventually fall to the thirties and forties.

Wednesday will be another dry and sunny day.  Highs will be in the lower seventies in eastern KELOLAND to the upper seventies in central and western South Dakota.  Winds will remain light in the east, but southeast winds will increase in central and western South Dakota at ten to twenty miles per hour.

The southeast winds will aid in getting rain to develop in the Hills of western South Dakota.  The rain will be possible Thursday and Friday, but only at a twenty percent chance.  Dry skies will continue in central and eastern KELOLAND during that time with highs in the seventies.

The dry conditions will continue for the weekend with highs remaining in the seventies.  Next week will bring a chance for more eighties in eastern KELOLAND while nineties will be possible in the west.
