The second phase of a project on 14th Street in Sioux Falls is expected to kick off Monday.
Construction crews will switch traffic to the completed north side of 14th Street between Minnesota Avenue and Phillips Avenue.
The south half of 14th Street will be closed
One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained with either Dakota Avenue or Main Avenue remaining open at all times.
Drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route.
The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-November.
