A grassfire is burning out of control near Murdo.
The fire started Wednesday afternoon by a semi truck pulling a load of hay. When the hay started on fire, it spread onto a gravel road near Interstate-90 near mile marker 177.
The fire closed off part of the Interstate early Wednesday evening, but it's back open now.
Initial estimates for the fire are at three to four miles long and officials say they don’t know how wide the fire is because of the thick smoke.
