Olive Garden Employees Feed Firefighters

Olive Garden Employees Feed Firefighters

Some people are working this Labor Day to make sure you are safe and a local restaurant is making sure area firefighters are fed.

On Monday, employees from the Olive Garden delivered lunch to firefighters on Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls.

More than 750 Olive Garden restaurants across the nation delivered to fire stations, police departments and E.R. workers.

"A lot of people have the day off to spend with their families. We get to spend it with our other family, the other firefighters. This is a nice treat," Cpt. Jim Powers said.

The local Olive Garden also delivered to the fire station on 41st Street.
