Fund Established For SMSU Coach's Son
Brad Bigler

MARSHALL, MN -

A memorial fund is now set up for the infant son of Southwest Minnesota State University's men's basketball coach.

Five-month-old Drake Bigler was killed in a crash when officails say a driver with a blood alcohol content four times the legal limit swerved into oncoming traffic on Highway 29 near Starbuck, Minnesota, Saturday night and hit the Bigler family's vehicle.

SMSU coach Brad Bigler broke several ribs and a shoulder.  His wife, Heather, had minor injuries.  Heather's grandmother was hospitalized.

People who would like to donate to the "Drake Phillip Bigler Memorial Fund" should send checks to the SMSU Foundation noting their intent.
