Sioux City Woman Arrested In SF Bank Robbery

July 19, 2012, 12:04 PM

Sioux City Woman Arrested In SF Bank Robbery
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Authorities have made an arrest in Sioux Falls' latest bank robbery.

Michelle Bock is expected in federal court Thursday afternoon to face bank robbery charges.  She was arrested in Sioux City on Wednesday.

The FBI says Bock robbed the First Premier Bank on 41st Street and Kiwanis Avenue Tuesday afternoon.  Court paperwork says Bock walked into the bank with a note that said, "This is a robbery."  She was given about $14,000 cash.

Bock later told police she was abducted by two men from a Sioux City park and forced to wear a bomb during the robbery.  Investigators say her abduction story does not add up.
