Clouds will continue to thicken as we go through this evening and into tonight with rain becoming widespread. Some of the rain will be heavy at times and last into Friday. Rain amounts of an inch to two will be likely in central and eastern KELOLAND from tonight through Saturday morning. Along with the rain, temperatures will be much cooler with highs only in the forties to near fifty degrees. The cool temperatures will last into Saturday with slowly warming temperatures arriving Sunday. There will still be a slight chance for a shower or two on Sunday, but anything that falls will stay light.
Early next week is looking warmer with highs returning to the sixties and seventies, but we’ll still have to watch for rain.
