Police Complete Investigation Into Deadly Crash
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

No charges will be filed in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash in Sioux Falls.

An investigation into the March 28 crash has been completed by the Sioux Falls Police Department. 

It found that motorcyclist Tony Johnson of Tea was going east on 26th Street at a minimum speed of 59 miles per hour in a 45 MPH zone and was unable to stop before crashing into a sport utility vehicle.  The driver of the SUV, John Hodgson, was attempting to turn westbound on 26th Street from Edna Road when the crash took place. 

Johnson died at the scene.
