New Report: Suspicious Man Near Schools

New Report: Suspicious Man Near Schools
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Police have another report a suspicious man trying to lure young students to his vehicle, which is similar to two others from last week.

They say three students were walking home from Horace Mann Elementary Tuesday afternoon when a man in a white SUV got out and told them to come to him.  The six, eight and nine-year-old ran home to tell their parents.

The man, who is white, is in his 50's, has short gray hair but no facial hair.

The description is similar to that of two reports from last week but that man had white beard.  A student reported a man tried the same thing Thursday morning near Discovery Elementary in a white car.  Another student reported a similar incident near Lowell Elementary Friday morning, but was driving a black car.

Sioux Falls Police plan to continue doing extra patrols near those elementary schools.
