Spokesman For Rep. Noem Resigning; Last Day Friday

February 24, 2012, 5:28 AM

SIOUX FALLS, SD - Friday is the last day for Rep. Kristi Noem's spokesman Josh Shields.

Shields has served as Noem's communications director since she was elected to Congress in 2010. He announced this week that he was leaving the position to take a job as federal governmental affairs manager at Black Hills Corporation in Rapid City.

Shields says it's been an honor working with Noem and her team.

Jordan Stoick will serve as interim spokesman until a permanent replacement is named.
