SF Man Sentenced For Marijuana Possession

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A Sioux Falls man found with more than one pound of marijuana is going to prison.
A judge sentenced 25-year-old Patrick Hill-Dougherty to 12 years in the state penitentiary with six years suspended for one count of possession with intent to distribute pot.
The charge resulted from a search warrant at his apartment back in February.
Hill-Dougherty pleaded guilty to the charge in October.
