Back On The Bandwagon After Turkey Binge

If you're still recovering from Thursday's Thanksgiving bender you're not alone. In fact, many turkey dinners can range from 2,000 to 7,200 calories.
A Healthy Lifestyles Director at YMCA says the worst thing you can do is drastically change your routine by eating too little or working out too much the day after Thanksgiving. Adam Reppe says giving into guilt will also sabotage your health.
“Don't not exercise just because you're feeling bad today,” Rippe said. “Accept that you overate yesterday and get right back on the wagon.”
Reppe says if you ate a little too much Thursday, work out a little harder throughout the week if you need too.
