RAPID CITY, SD -
A Chicago man will spend nearly 10 years in prison on a federal marijuana conviction in South Dakota.
Thirty-year-old Michael Henley was sentenced to 117 months. He pleaded guilty in December to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
He was indicted in October 2007 after the Highway Patrol found marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 90 near Rapid City.
