- The Supreme Court's more conservative justices today questioned the constitutionality of the health care overhaul law and its requirement that Americans carry health insurance. The court next takes up whether the rest of the law can survive if that linchpin falls.
- Passengers aboard say the captain of a JetBlue aircraft yelled about a bomb and had to be locked out of the cockpit and restrained. The Las Vegas-bound flight was diverted to Texas. JetBlue Airways issued a statement saying the captain of Flight 191 from New York had a "medical situation".
- The Conference Board says high gasoline prices haven't had much impact on consumer confidence this month. The business research group's index fell from 71.6 to 70.2 this month.
- Authorities say an explosion at Micron Technologies in Boise, Idaho, resulted in minor injuries to seven people and led to the brief evacuation of 200 workers. Most of the workers who left the building returned within two hours of the explosion.
