SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Veterans who took to the skies during South Dakota's ninth Honor Flight left and returned this weekend.
The World War II vets returned home Saturday night after spending two days in our nation's capital. They toured several sites, including the world war two memorial built in their honor.
Honor Flight is planning one more trip this year.
We had a crew along for this latest trip and will be bringing you stories from Honor Flight throughout the week.
