SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A Sioux Falls man is in the hospital after being hit by a car early on Minnesota Avenue.
Just after 2 a.m. Monday, police were called to Minnesota Avenue and 28th Street.
They say 38-year-old Jason Feiock tried running across Minnesota but was hit by a full-size sedan. He was taken to the hospital with what's believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. But Feiock faces charges from police for illegally crossing the street, for essentially jay-walking.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor at this point in the investigation.
