Sioux Falls Receives National Environmental Award

SIOUX FALLS,SD - The city of Sioux Falls has received a national environmental award.
After presenting a synopsis of its sustainable services to the National Environmental Health Association, Sioux Falls was
recognized with a 2010 National Environmental Health Association Excellence in Sustainability Award.
City officials say Sioux Falls over the past year and a half has addressed such areas as climate change, environmental justice,
energy independence, natural resource conservation, unemployment, poverty and public health.
