Woman In SD Drug Bust Sentenced

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A woman whose Brandon home has been described by police as a site for teen drug use has been ordered to spend 90 days in jail and pay $1,900 in fines and fees.
Forty-eight-year-old Rhonda Stoddard pleaded guilty in July to possessing methamphetamine in a plea agreement with prosecutors. She initially had been accused of possessing drugs and supplying them to minors.
Stoddard did not make a statement at her Monday sentencing, but her lawyer told the judge that Stoddard feels guilt for failing to see what was happening in her home.
Police raided Stoddard's home in February and said they found meth paraphernalia and bags with marijuana.
