Woman Charged With DUI In Two-Vehicle Crash
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

A driver involved in a crash at 10th Street and Lowell Avenue faces a DUI, among other charges.

According to police, it is 55-year-old Cynthia Goeman's fourth DUI. 

Previous story: Two Critically Injured In Car-Motorcycle Crash

A motorcycle driven by 24-year-old Quintin McMartin collided with Goeman's vehicle as she was turning onto 10th Street. McMartin is being treated for life-threatening injuries and his passenger, 21-year-old Michelle Tarian, was in critical but stable condition. Police say the motorcycle had the right of way, as McMartin had a flashing yellow light.  

According to authorities, witnesses reported the motorcycle involved in the crash was traveling at a high rate of speed.  Police will do crash reconstruction to determine what happened.
