A Wisconsin man caught hauling 70 pounds of marijuana has been convicted of possession with intent to distribute.
Reports say 37-year-old Mario Ernesto Mendoza-Cuellar faces up to 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine for the felony when he is sentenced June 4. He also was found guilty to obstructing law enforcement and faces up to a year in jail on that charge. He was found guilty of the charges last week.
Authorities arrested Mendoza-Cueller in November after he was found with the marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 90 near Box Elder.
