A Webster man is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Day County Saturday afternoon.
70-year-old William Scott died at the intersection of South Dakota Highway 25 and U.S. Highway 12 in Webster.
Authorities say, around 12:40 Saturday afternoon, Scott was driving south on Highway 25 when his vehicle was struck on the passenger side by a semi-truck traveling east. Scott was not wearing his seatbelt and died at the scene.
The driver of the semi, Mark Voigt of St. Cloud, Minnesota, was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured.
South Dakota Highway Patrol is still investigating.
