Another spring snow storm is making driving dangerous on roads across the state.
The snow made Interstate 29 near Brookings slick and reduced visibility on Thursday.
The South Dakota Department of Transportation reports that nearly every major highway in the state is snow-covered and slippery.
We caught up with one driver who described the conditions between Watertown and Brookings.
"You have to be really careful and at times the snow is so thick even the driving lane is closed off and is slushy. There are vehicles in the ditch. They hit too much snow and they slide off into the ditch,” driver Bob Cook said.
Drivers say at times they were going as slow as 15 miles per hour on the Interstate.
