Prom may still be a ways off for students in KELOLAND but the process of finding that right outfit can be time consuming and expensive.
That's why students at Harrisburg High School decided to make the search a little easier this year. Wear it. Rock it. Give it. offers girls and guys a chance at gently used formal wear while also benefiting the Children's Miracle Network.
“The sellers have been thanking us because it's a chance for them to get rid of some things that they don't necessarily want or need anymore. And that's all while they are essentially donating money to the Children's Miracle Network,” Harrisburg Student Council President McCade Ivarson said.
This fund raiser is the first of its kind for the student council and Ivarsen says he hope to do it again next year.
