Watertown Officials Make High-Grade Pot Bust

A Watertown man faces felony drug charges after local and state officials say they found a large amount of high-grade marijuana in a home.

KWAT Radio is reporting the Watertown Police Department along with the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation searched 316 6th Street SE Monday and seized the drugs, cash and guns.

35-year-old Adam Wolkow is charged with having marijuana of up to ten pounds and intent to distribute.

He's being held in the Codington County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash/surety bond.

If found guilty of both charges, Wolkow faces up to 25 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
