SIOUX FALLS, SD -
After building a dynasty over at Washington, head football coach Brian Hermanson announced Tuesday morning he will be stepping down.
Since taking over the program in 2005, Hermanson has led the Warriors to a record six straight 11AA title games. His teams have won three of the last four championships including the most recent victory, a 35-20 win over Brandon Valley.
During his time as head coach, Hermanson sent 51 players to the college ranks. 22 of those recruits signed with Division I schools.
