Vice President Joe Biden will be among those attending Senator George McGovern's prayer service Thursday night in Sioux Falls.
Biden served in the Senate with McGovern from 1972 until 1980 and is expected to speak during the service which begins at 6:30 p.m. at First United Methodist.
Open viewing of the late Senator is scheduled for 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. with family present from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

McGovern's funeral is scheduled for Friday at 1 p.m. at the Mary W. Sommervold Hall of the Washington Pavilion. It will also air live on KELOLAND TV, MyUTV and KELOLAND.com.
