Visual Arts Center Adds To Its Collection

The Visual Arts Center at the Washington Pavilion is adding new pieces to its collection.

Thanks to contributions from 40 donors, the Center was able to buy the Northern Plains Tribal Art Collection at an auction on Thursday.  The IRS auctioned off the 16 pieces of Native American art and the donors wanted to make sure to keep the collection in intact.

The group bid $24,750 to secure the collection.
