Officers later caught up to the car at 33rd and Circle Drive. There they arrested the driver, but the passenger took off.
Officers later caught up to him in the back yard of a home on the 3600 block of Greenwood Avenue.

Car, pickup, old, or new, it didn't matter. Police say the two teens randomly drove around this southwest Sioux Falls neighborhood late last night shooting out window after window.
On some streets, the cars were gone, but there was evidence in the street that the two teen vandals had been here too. Broken glass everywhere.
KELOLAND News talked to several people who had their windows shot out. None of them wanted to go on camera, but told us they're upset. One lady said she normally parks her car in the garage, but decided to leave it on the street last night because it's a little more convenient for her. The owner of a truck didn't even know his window was shot out, until we told him.
At last report, police say they had close to 30 calls from people who had their windows shot out last night, but add the there could be more damage.
The two 17-year-old suspects face a long list of charges including aggravated assault and breaking curfew.
