The University of South Dakota is hosting an exhibition showcasing documents and materials belonging to former Gov. Bill Janklow.
Janklow died in January 2012 at age 72 from brain cancer.
The exhibition, which runs until April 16 at the University Libraries, gives a background to the official and personal papers of Janklow.
Visitors can also get a glimpse into the William J. Janklow Papers at the USD Archives & Special Collections. The Janklow collection includes documents, letters, photographs, newspapers, audio recordings, and videos spanning more than 50 years.
