The average snowfall from yesterday's storm is just over 4". With a bull's-eye at Windom, Minnesota, the snow fell from Mitchell, to Sioux Falls, and Sioux City, with reports ranging from .2" in Moody county all the way up to 9.7" in Cottonwood County.
Here are the top 5 snowfall amounts from Thursday. Windom received 9.7", Worthington 9.0", Westbrook and Sutherland both saw 8.0" and Sibley just short of the 8" mark. Sioux Falls received 2.6" in the city and just south of the city, there is a report of 3.4".
Good news is the seven day forecast does have a chance for rain in the beginning of next week but temperatures are on the rise starting Saturday and going to at least the end of next week with highs topping out in the 70s.
