Update On Car vs. Motorcycle Crash
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

There's an update on a car versus motorcycle crash from Sunday morning, which resulted in drunk driving charges and serious injuries.

Monday, Cynthia Goeman appeared in court on DUI charges.  Police say she left a casino early Sunday morning, didn't see the motorcycle and pulled out in front of it causing a crash.

According to witnesses, the motorcycle was speeding.  On Wednesday, police confirmed the driver of the bike, Quintin McMartin, was also legally drunk.  He's in the hospital with a shattered jaw, hip and leg.
